HOLZSTUBE Steakhouse Pub in Ruhpolding

Called there 8 times in the last few days (Friday to Sunday) to reserve a table (both via landline and via the mobile phone number given on the website) ... 8 times I got a message that the recipient was not can be reached and notified by SMS. No call back ... nothing ... but I didn't want to just go there and not get a table. I didn't want to go to the trouble. Guys, that doesn't work ... either you answer the phone or you don't want any more new customers, then write this on the website ... Your food can still be praised here, it just doesn't fit !!!!!!!

Some of the BEST steak I've ever had. Good salad with it, price / performance TOPP, so we made a reservation 2 days later, was TOPP again!

The first time we accidentally entered the place, the second time it was a "must see". If Monday hadn't been a day of rest, we would have been there. The place adorned with the soul, the service that is given to every customer with due attention, the food that not only fills the stomach, but is also a joy and pleasure for the soul and the eyes and last but not least Dirk who does that The icing on the cake is. Whenever we return to the area, Steak House comes first on our list. Thank you for everything.

By far the best steak house in the Chiemgauer Land .... 👍 I can only advise every steak lover to go there ... As a steak lover, for me there are few restaurants that really get the taste kick ... the Holzstube is the right place for top-level enjoyment for me ... Top !!!.... See you soon !!!

We were on vacation at Chiemsee for a week and tried different restaurants, but we liked this one the most. Very nice, cozy atmosphere, very friendly and personable service. The food was excellent and the price-performance ratio was great. The menu offers a large selection with various recommendations. In addition, the restaurant offers a lot of charm and humor if you look closely. 😉 Read the card carefully. The attachment of the corona protective film is brilliant. 👌 Whenever we're back there, the Steakhouse Pub is my first port of call for a good meal or a cool blonde on tap.

Very nice location. Charming boss and good team. Food very good. Baked potato with salmon ... delicious! As every year, this time it was excellent, despite Corona. Gladly again next year.

This is a must visit restaurant. My favorite is the slow cooked pulled beef. It is meat from heaven. I tried several steaks and burgers. Nothing beats the slow cooked pulled beef. Dirk and Janet are gems. The staff are lovely and friendly. Thank you Dirk and Janet.
